Eternity

Farrow and Ball's artisanal approach to paint and wall coverings is very appealing to me, as is their sensitivity to the environmental impact of their products. For a long time I collected samples of their wallpaper, a few at a time, just to enjoy them. At last I felt I had enough to use in a collage. Nine different patterns were used to create this collage. The wrapped canvas sides are finished in a complementary shade of green acrylic.

This piece was first exhibited by the Arts and Cultural Council of Bucks County at Freeman Hall in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, in 2021.
